Meet the Executive team

Juris Scerbickis has been the CEO & Chairman of the Board at D8 Corporation since 2002. 

Juris is an accomplished executive with a rich background in financial technologies, banking and payment systems.

Nikolajs Kovancovs has been the CBO & Member of the Board at D8 Corporation since 2011.

Nikolajs is an experienced commercial leader and business developer, with strong background in project management as well.

Martin Golding joined D8 Corporation in 2023 as Chief Sales Officer with the responsibility for driving sales strategy and commercial growth.

Before joining D8, Martin held various roles within the card payment industry, most recently working for Worldline and before that for FIS Global.

Prior to becoming a CFO at D8, Dagnis was involved in building and developing shared service centers for both Tieto and EVRY (before their merger).

Dagnis also had a solid Auditing and Assurance experience, working in PwC.

Dagnis holds FCCA qualification.

Valdis joined D8 Corporation in ’22, as a Head of Product Portfolio at first and in ’23 transitioned to the COO role.

Prior to joining D8, Valdis held numerous senior and C-Level positions in technology departments of multiple banks in the Baltics.
